Recently we had the pleasure of being invited to the relaunch celebration of the revamped Sprucefield Marks and Spencer store.
M&S have always been associated with great quality clothing and food, but the new Sprucefield store introduces us to a great shopping environment as well. Each in-store brand has been given its own individually merchandised area within the store, giving the whole floor space lots of individual looks.
We were first given a tour of the menswear area with all the M&S menswear brands from Blue Harbour with its ‘Ralph Lauren’ inspired look, North Coast with a ‘Timberland’ look, Autograph and its high end mens fashion look with an amazing light wall display and a ‘wave’ panel on the ceiling, and Collezione with a very classic Italian look. I’ll cover all these in a future post.
We were then given a tour of the fantastic new beauty area. A few years ago the company took the decision to stock other brands rather than being all own-brand. This decision has paved the way for an amazing selection in beauty, as they have very much gone for top end Spa quality products, including some of the company’s new top selling brands Filorga, h2o+ and the famous parfumerie from the French Riviera Fragonard. The whole department was just luxurious and the team of highly qualified experts just make the whole customer experience special.
At the launch we were also shown the brand new bank which opened that day, and also the new M&S Deli, where we got a little treat bag of a big chunky sausage roll, lasagne and other delicious treats.
I’ll go into more detail for each section the store in future posts, but for now, its COMPETITION TIME!!!! ******THIS COMPETITION IS NOW CLOSED****
