To Xafinity and beyond with Auto-Enrolment

20130606-120954.jpgXafinity, the leading pensions and employee benefits consultancy, will play host to a unique conference at Queens University’s Riddel Hall on 11th June, the aim of which is to educate local companies on the complex issue of auto-enrolment and how to prepare their businesses accordingly.

The event is completely free of charge to attend and will provide an ideal opportunity for business owners, human resource managers, payroll professionals and finance directors to learn about the implications of workplace pension reform and how this will impact on their businesses.

Delegates at the event will hear from leading government, pension and HR experts who will discuss how to control costs and mitigate potential risks associated with auto-enrolment legislation. Attendees will also benefit from hearing of lessons learned to date by other employers and receive practical guidance including project management tips addressing human resource challenges, financial risk, payroll pitfalls, remaining compliant and total reward implications.

“Xafinity is committed to helping local businesses in Northern Ireland with the preparation and roll out of auto-enrolment, says Geoff Clarke, Director, Xafinity in Belfast. “We also recognise the importance of having senior management aware of the implications of workplace pension reform on their businesses, which is why we are hosting this event at our expense, to give companies the chance to come and learn from key government and industry leaders about what auto-enrolment is and how they can effectively implement this within their own workplace with minimal risk,” adds Geoff.

Speakers will include the Minister for Finance and Personnel, Sammy Wilson MP MLA, Andrew Fleming from The Pensions Regulator, Charles Cotton from CIPD and Karen Thomson from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.

Delegates can book their complimentary place by calling 028 9044 6319 or by emailing events@xafinityconsulting.com
