Movers and shakers from the world of sport, politics, entertainment and hospitality attended the recent launch of the newly revamped Seasons restaurant.
Situated in West Belfast’s only hotel, The Balmoral, Seasons offers a new approach to modern cuisine. The name reflects the ethos that runs though the kitchen with local seasonal produce from a network of local producers all making their way on the menu.
Head Chef David Callaghan, who has made a name for himself in some of the best restaurants in Ireland was in top form to highlight his inspiration when deciding on the dishes. He explained how he wanted to show in practice that the ingredients he will be using are available to purchase within 2 hours of the front door of the hotel – so seasonal cooking really is possible!
If the busy launch was anything to go by, I’m sure Seasons will be a huge success!
