Talented singer/songwriter Jason Clarke recently held an intimate acoustic gig at The Merchant Hotel’s stunning Rooftop Garden for fans, family and friends showcasing his latest material! Audience members were also dressed to impress for the occasion with guests in an array of fantastic ensembles!
Strong and bold colours were out in force, with the jump suit the dominant style of the night! This season’s jump suits are generally slightly fitted in shape in simple block colours, and can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion!
I especially loved Lisa Bell’s hot pink version, showing off her fantastic figure, while Inga Norvilyte wowed in emerald green! Katie Larmour opted for an understated version in dark blue, with her embellished quilted jacket acting as the vocal point of her ensemble!
Summer brights were the order of the evening with ladies opting for striking shades and perfectly tailored dresses! Claire King was ahead in the style stakes wearing one of Autumn/Winter’s key colours, red and I loved how Suzie Macdonald accessorised her gorgeous orange shift dress with cobalt blue heels & statement jewellery!
Not to be outdone by us ladies, many of the guys in attendance also showed of their style credentials! A guy can never go wrong with a well cut suit and Neil Cole looked super sharp in his perfectly tailored suit, while man of the night, Jason Clarke was every inch the music star in a classic white t-shirt and ombré jeans!
Working separates was myself in an asymmetrical coffee coloured top and body con bandage skirt, both from Karen Millen with my current style crush, suede and pony skin peep toe sandals from L.K. Bennett. While the always stunning Nuala Meenehan looked super elegant working the masculine trend! I also fell hard for this gorgeous “oil on water” effect aqua top (I have the same top myself in cream!) and loved how it was paired with simple embellished jeans!
A night of fantastic music and fabulous style, I can’t wait until the talented Jason plays his next gig!
