Fashionista’s and VIP’s were out in force at day one of West Coast Cooler Belfast FASHIONWEEK and Style Watch was there as always to check out who wore what!
First up on the FASHIONWEEK schedule was the exclusive launch of designer label Goddess & Swift’s new studio and showroom at Commercial Court, Belfast.
Despite the cool weather guests embraced the SS14 trends with Clodagh Rice injecting a welcome pop of colour with her neon pink boucle cropped jacket while Lucy Ellen opted for pops of red through her red hot accessories.
Louise Murphy showed how well monochrome works for Spring Summer combining print with a floaty chiffon jacket and statement necklace to create a polished, elegant ensemble.
Kerry McKittrick was also looking chic in print, finishing the look off with fab monochrome shoes and a seriously covetable handbag!
While Niamh Kelly was spotted mixing polka dots with a hint of leopard print creating a fun and funky look, finished off with a hint of neon and statement floral necklace.
Carrying through from Autumn Winter leather remains a strong trend for Spring Summer (which is perfect for our transitional weather)! Lisa Bell totally rocked her asymmetric panelled leather mini skirt paired with a chic monochrome cropped jacket, while Nuala Meenehan styled her leather skirt with a directional print top and super chic coat.
Last but by no means least was Deborah Hanna who was totally rocking the embellishment trend in a sexy sequined top, styled with edgy arm candy and probably THE most fabulous boots I have ever seen!!
A great start to the FASHIONWEEK calendar, and a fantastic opportunity to see round the stylish studio and showroom of Goddess & Swift, it was fantastic to see so many stylish ladies all under one roof!
