#mondaymindfulness : Rest in peace Erin

Today I guess I want to pay tribute to my beautiful sister who I buried on Saturday.

I often say live in the moment and do not judge anyone or anything in your life.

Everything is for a reason.

I’ve lived 5 years watching addiction take grip and take over a young girls life. Her mind, her soul and her dignity. She cried daily.. I don’t want this get it out of me.

We have to see that addiction kills and is a mental health problem.

Her story has already saved lives a few people have put their hands up and gone to get help because of Erin’s death.

I’ve always said judge no one because we never know what anyone is going through mentally.

So for today be mindful for the addict and appreciate and respect that it’s an illness. A serious mental illness.

Have compassion and remember who are we to judge anyone?

Live a life of love, love everyone no matter what.

Accept people as they are and remember you’ve only got today. Make it the best you possibly can.

Rest in peace Erin and you’ve saved so many lives already.

Awareness awareness awareness!

Live for today because tomorrow may not be here!

So sorry to learn of such sad news of your dear sister. Rose. You are so right never judge another person when you don’t know all the facts and demons they are struggling with.
Thinking of you & your family at this very sad & sorrowful time. It will not be in vain. There will be someone somewhere who will be able to benefit and she will then have done something g miraculous in saving another’s life. Huge hugs xxxxx
