I love having a Monday blog, whenever I sit down to write weekly I am amazed how much happens in a week!
How many people we see, opportunities come to us and how many things we can achieve.
Mindfulness is living in the present moment without judgement.
Living in reality!
Do you know most of us sub consciously tear through each day without ever paying attention!
We are on auto pilot and we let our subconscious brain make our decisions, words, behaviours, classic example is whenever we arrive at a destination and don’t even know how we got there!
We are on auto pilot!
So mindfulness living is concentrating on the moment with the conscious brain and seeing what’s real, remembering the journey, what we say, feel, see, hear, taste and touch.
A day can be so long and productive when we take a moment at a time!
Success in mindfulness is for concentration, motivation, relaxation and dealing with our fake, make believe thoughts that cause us inner conflict and drain our energy without us even knowing.
So I educate you on how to achieve many things and all in a few sessions!
It’s wonderful when we take control, become aware of our thoughts, behaviour and reactions, and how easily we can change!
So do yourself a favour and pay attention today, just try it!
See everyone and everything around you, hear the noises, feel , touch, taste and smell what’s happening NOW, and chill, relax and accept your reality.
Then change your thoughts to positive, accepting and upbeat and watch the little things change.
Read, listen and learn about you and don’t put off until tomorrow what you can do today, remember today is all your guaranteed!
