Change

Embracing change can be one of the most difficult things anyone has to do, especially if it’s not in your life plan (completely unexpected).

Every day is a school day and every day we learn something new that moulds us and helps us live in this human world.

Some days I’m loving new things people and situations yet others I have anxiety, fear and panic.

They say what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger and I promise you on my bad days I feel no strength at all.

In essence my strength really has been the good people around me, a sounding board, someone to listen, someone to emphasise and not judge because we are all different and choose to live in different ways.

So today be aware of the changes and if life is causing you pain or grief… Keep busy, keep distracted and try your best to get through the day.

However if change is wonderful enjoy every moment as life’s happy moments are the great rewards we receive and that’s where love fills our hearts.

As they say you gotta take the good with the bad.

So whatever you are feeling today just remember you are human and we all have the same emotions at one stage or another.
