I’ve had a massive roller coaster week.
Far too much on my plate and really forgot to look after my own mental health.
We all have different ways of coping with life’s trauma and sometimes I should know better.
But then I have to remind myself I too am human, I make mistakes, and am far too hard on myself.
So it’s back to basics for me today.
Back to nature enjoying the outdoors, mindful walking and more time to meditate and breathe.
It’s my first time experiencing grief so my action plan this week is to slow down, be kinder to myself emotionally and get back to nature.
I had the most beautiful night at Lough Erne spa resort so no better way to kick off my new emotional wellbeing week.
The birds, the air, the beauty of the estate was breathtaking and it just reminded me the only peace you need is that peace between your ears!
