Last chance to see Titanic costumes

20130525-094248.jpgJames Cameron’s TITANIC movie exhibit at Titanic Belfast will depart this weekend after a nine-month stay at the home of Titanic.

This is the last opportunity for TITANIC fans to get close to costumes and props from the second-highest grossing movie of all time. The exhibit includes costumes worn by the movie’s stars Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio, along with the steering wheel and telemotor from Cameron’s recreation of the great liner.

James Cameron, in conjunction with Fox International, unveiled the exhibit in September 2012, on the same day the Hollywood director launched the 11 Academy Award-winning TITANIC on Blu-ray and 3D from Titanic Belfast.

Titanic Belfast CEO Tim Husbands said: ‘We are extremely grateful to James Cameron and Fox International for giving Titanic Belfast visitors a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see items from the movie. After nine months, we are preparing to say farewell to the exhibit, so this weekend (May 25/26) will be the final opportunity get a glimpse of the famous costumes and props at Titanic Belfast’
