Jump into Ireland by Tourism Ireland

It’s good to see Northern Ireland getting a look-in in this Tourism Ireland promotional video.
Especially the wonderful Titanic Belfast and Giants Causeway. Which reminds me, I really must get a day organised to get up and see the new building at Giants Causeway this summer….what are the odds on it raining?? I reckon the only way to go is on one of the Belfast City Sightseeing buses. I’ve only ever been the nominated driver so it would be good to see the fantastic Antrim Coastline as a passenger.
While I’m there I could try and sell them my new Giants Causeway design greetings card. I’ve sent my order to the printers this morning. Hopefully it looks good in print.
Also on the to do list this summer is another walk up Slieve Donard. The last time I did it, it took 6 hours!!! But to be fair, there were an awful lot of Percy pig breaks just to relax and enjoy the scenery. The top of Donard was covered in cloud on that occasion, but here’s hoping for a good view next time.
There are still a number of Belfast Tours I want to do as well, including a Black Taxi Tour, Crumlin Road Gaol, a photo tour, the food tour, oh I need more time to fit it all in!
I’ve also just realised that next week I’m heading to the Belfast Cookery School to learn how to prepare for a dinner party. That’ll be fun…and messy!
As for this week, today is my day 5 of 5 Eating out in Belfast experiences, and I’m heading to The Bakery on Howard Street. I still have no idea what direction I’m going on with that particular blog post, but hey isn’t that one of the joys of blogging, I can do what ever I feel like doing! Have a great week folks.
