G Spots! Fashion At The Gaol

IMG_6594[1]Close your eyes and imagine the perfect location in Belfast for a dramatic fashion show…did The Crumlin Gaol pop into your head?

Well if it did, your dream can become a reality next week thanks to an innovative partnership with Action Cancer and the creme de la creme of local designers.

Taking place on Thursday 12th November from 7pm, this must-see event will be hosted by the very glamours Sarah Travers and Joseph Carlin and brings together high fashion and the pre-loved fashion available in Action Cancer stores.

IMG_6592[1]On arrival guests will be treated to a drinks and macaroons reception supplied by Eva Paris NI. A light supper will also be served during the interval. Exclusive goody bag for all guests include gifts supplied by Coco Mojo and Passion Preserved.

Designers who have shared their time and skills include Shauna Fay, Grainne Maher, Melanie Bond, Honeysuckle and Pepperdillo, Mohawk, Marie-Claire Millenary, Joe Carlin, Gordon Donaldson,  Lewis Cameron and Jamie Russell.  Others who have offered their support on the night include the team from Staffords Hairdressing in Belfast and local MUAs Rebecca Bryson, Julia Clements, Leanne Godfrey and Rosie Pritchard.

Katherine Young from Action Cancer said, “Action Cancer is changing the face of charity retail across Northern Ireland and we are delighted to be showcasing such an amazing talent pool of Northern Ireland designers. We will be raising funds to support our cancer prevention, detection and support services across Northern Ireland.”

IMG_6590[2]I can’t wait to see the designer collections, as well as seeing what they can do with the pre-loved stuff. There is even talk about the cells showcasing some interesting installations- so it sounds like an event not to be missed!

Tickets are priced at £25 and are available from the Action Cancer website, www.actioncancer.org and from your local Action Cancer store
