Free screening of ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’ with @BelfastFilmFes1

Forum for Alternative Belfast (FAB) & Belfast Film Festival screen this classic at 1st Presbyterian Church, Belfast, with a special introduction by author of ‘Hidden Belfast’, Raymond O’Regan.

This Church has an unusual history; in 1786 a group of rich merchants tried to set up a Belfast Slaveship Company and the crucial intervention of parishioner and future United Irishman, Thomas McCabe, ensured it failed miserably. Belfast should be proud of this little known fact and celebrate with this unique screening for EHOD 2013!

Spaces are limited, so come early to avoid disappointment.

Atticus Finch, a lawyer in the Depression-era South, defends a black man against an undeserved rape charge, and his kids against prejudice.

Admission is free but entrance is on a first come first served basis. More Info here.
