Got that festive feeling yet? The RSPB is hosting a Christmas craft fair today (Sat 8 December) in the beautiful surroundings of Belvoir Park Forest. The courtyard will be full of Craft stalls including handmade gifts, jewellery, festive floral artistry, photography, soaps, cards and much more.
The wonderful winter themed event will prove popular with all the family; from face painting for the kids to Black Grouse whisky tasting for mums and dads, as well as a guided walk with the RSPB through the forest to experience the amazing nature on our doorstep. If you fancy getting a little more hands on, why not make Christmas dinner for the wildlife in your garden or have a go at making your very own Christmas Decoration? Don’t miss out on our raffle; we have some fantastic prizes, including a brand new iPad courtesy of our friends at BT!
The event runs from 10am to 4pm and there is free car parking, admission is by suggested donation of £2.50 RSPB members, £3.50 non-members, £2 under 15’s and Wildlife Explorers go free. All funds raised from this event will support our work protecting wildlife and habitats right here in Northern Ireland.
