Monday Mindfulness: How are you going to mindfully change you?

How are you going to mindfully change you?

We fear change because we fear the unknown and we don’t like fear because of the unexpected emotions and feelings it draws out in us.

We all dislike uncomfortable feelings and dreaded emotions but sometimes it’s necessary to go through the pain and discomfort in order to grow and experience that actually we can achieve difficult things, we can push through barriers we thought we couldn’t and we are stronger than we think most of the time!

Because we are our only barrier, we create the fear and the discomfort.

So in my video blog today watch it and let’s go for change today!

Let’s set ourselves a target, a goal , a new challenge and let’s push outside our comfort zone and go through the fear barrier and see how we feel at the other side and usually that feeling is success, achievement and self confidence, self value and self worth and then once we do this the hunger begins to keep achieving more and fears become less and less.

So what are you going to change today?

How are you going to mindfully change you?

Take one little step every day and watch how you can take control over everything you do!

I’m enrolling in Italian classes, absolutely petrified because I think I’m no good at languages, so I’m taking on my fear, challenging my self doubt and I’m going for it.

I wanted to learn a language for years but my self critic says I was never good at languages and not to embarrass myself in class, so now I’m challenging that at 46 I’m finally going back to school and I’m going to do my best.

So as it’s beginning of autumn it’s time for change so time to challenge yourself and take that step.

If you need a boost, my motivation classes start this Wednesday night 7-8pm for one month.

Here I will guide you on mindset, business planning for you and relaxation on how to destress for success.

So join me Wednesday and be the change you want to see! I’m contactable at bshankey@gmail.com

Enjoy the videoblog it’s a great uplifter for a Monday!

Have a wonderful day all.
