Fashion gets serious with Unify

Fashion gets serious this week with the announcement that A21 is the nominated charity of the 2014 Unify Fashion Showcase. Taking place in the Titanic Drawing Offices this Thursday 15th and Friday 16th May, the two-night showcase of Northern Ireland’s leading design talent, aims to raise funds and awareness of the horrors of human trafficking and is set to be one of the biggest nights in the NI fashion calendar.

The A21 Campaign fights human trafficking both locally and globally through awareness and education, and equips young people with information and strategies to avoid becoming victims of this 21st century injustice.

Pictured at the announcement is (L-R) Unify NI designer Kiera Ann Marie Philips; local designer and Unify NI Manager David Henderson and Gemma Managh from A21.

The Unify Fashion Showcase is officially sponsored by Charles Hurst Specialist Cars brands Aston Martin, Bentley, Maserati and Ferrari. Other local companies supporting the event include North Financial Management, In-Spires and Ground Espresso Bars.

Tickets for the event cost £20 or £25 VIP and includes goodie bag and drinks reception on arrival.
