The Ulster Folk and Transport Museum is a gem of a complex just up the road from Bangor and with all this glorious weather tying in with the summer holidays it’s surely worth a visit?

We popped in recently for a trip down memory lane and had forgotten just how much fun it was!

We even played on the trains and made the obligatory choo choo noises…great fun for adults and kids.

The transport museum has so much to see and do you need to plan a few hours there and that’s even before you take the amazing folk museum on!

The folk museum has definitely got a lot bigger since we were last there..what a proper little community it is now and a fantastic insight into our local history.

As I’ve said, the whole complex is a absolute treasure trove of delights and fun and interesting facts and a must see with the family.

And that’s where we step in, as we are giving away two sets of family package tickets to visit the complex.

All you need to do is head over to our Bangor Times Facebook page and like and share the competition image.

This competition closes on 22nd July at 9pm and the winner will be chosen at random.
