A weekend in print

It’s Monday morning and it’s back into work after a busy Sunday at St George’s Market.
It was an eventful weekend in terms of promotions. First of all we spent Saturday morning reading through the Belfast Telegraph when we spotted our now famous PopArt Cranes. That was certainly the last thing we expected to see, but there it was, multicoloured cranes staring right back at us. Needless to say it was immediately bakebooked and tweeted. The photograph was taken before Christmas and we never knew why, but we’re certainly not complaining about the extra publicity! Fantastic!
Next on the promotional activities was our first News-sheet. Basically we are writing and printing our own free Belfast Times news-sheet to let customers in St George’s Market read news from our website, twitter and Facebook during the week. It was certainly popular as people stopped to read it and see what news and competitions we were featuring. Make sure you pop into the Market next Sunday for your copy.
Who needs business cards any more…it’s all on the News-sheet. This could be the start of an official Belfast Times Newspaper? Who knows where this journey will take us, but we are enjoying the ride.

Thanks GT. Maybe see you and the family in St Georges some Sunday then? Have Stormont been in touch with you for your prize?
