We’ve just booked our tickets for The Titanic Boys, one of the Beck’s Vier sponsored ‘Season of Local Drama’ shows at the Grand Opera House.
After seeing a sneak preview at the Opera House in May, it looks like it’ll be the must see show in the Opera House this summer.

As always, we do our best at Belfast Times to support local as much as we can, so it’s good to see the Grand Opera House now have a season of local drama.
Their local line-up commenced in May with ‘Give My Head Peace’ and is followed later in the summer by Martin Lynch’s ‘The Titanic Boys’, ‘A Night in November’ by local playwright, Marie Jones and finally, Sean O’Casey’s ‘The Plough and The Stars’.
We aren’t the only ones supporting local though, as the local drama season has also been sponsored by Beck’s Vier as part of their ‘Beck’s Vier Loves Culture’ campaign.
The campaign is supporting cultural experiences throughout Northern Ireland in music, fashion, art and food.
Check out the Beck’s Vier Loves Culture Facebook page to find out more about what they are doing to support culture across the province.
The dates you’ll need for your diary are
The Titanic Boys, Wednesday 8th-Saturday 25th August
A Night in November, Tuesday 11th – Saturday 15th September
The Plough and The Stars, Tuesday 18th – Saturday 22nd September
